Austin Long, Director, Assessment and Advisory Services, leads relationships with funders using CEP’s assessments and customized advisory engagements. He oversees the creation and presentation of CEP’s assessment reports, and assists in the development of new assessments and services. Austin is a frequent speaker at national conferences and to funder boards and staff on topics of grantee, donor, and foundation staff feedback.

Before joining CEP in 2011, Austin worked at the Corporate Executive Board where he led employee engagement surveys, assessments, research, and strategic planning with a global membership of senior executives. Austin holds a BS in Engineering Science with concentrations in Corporate Strategy and Management of Technology from Vanderbilt University. He works remotely in Denver, CO.
