Lee is part of C&A Foundation’s leadership team. Prior to his current role, Lee led an evaluation consulting company providing external evaluation services to the UN and development banks. He also held positions in the independent evaluation functions of the Global Environment Facility and the African Development Bank Group. He is a social anthropologist by training and holds a Masters and Doctorate from Cambridge University in social aspects of conservation in Uganda.
